Forkless plans your week’s meals around your household, your goals, and the food you actually like. Three steps, one app.

Step one: tell us about your kitchen. You set up a profile once. Who’s eating, what you’re aiming for (more protein, fewer carbs, a calorie target, whatever fits), what you can’t eat, and what you already have in the pantry. This is the only manual part. It takes a few minutes.

Step two: generate your plan. Tap “Generate Plan.” Forkless builds the week — breakfast, lunch, dinner, however you’ve configured it — using recipes that match your goals, skip every intolerance, and overlap ingredients to cut waste. Don’t like Tuesday’s dinner? Regenerate just that slot. Regenerate the whole week if you want.

Step three: send the groceries to your store. Forkless turns your plan into a grocery list, subtracts what’s already in your pantry, and sends the cart straight to your store. You review, you check out. The thinking is done.
